and helpful. Room was really clean and comfortable. We were just a little uncomfortable sharing bathroom with strangers. Bathroom was super nice to though. Would be great to share with friends.

SW Wisconsin is so beautiful that if it was near Paris it would be world-famous. But if you want to make a multi-day walking trip there it is hard to find places to stay that are spaced through the region. This spot in Blanchardville made a perfect stop. The room was comfortable, quiet, spacious, and perfectly clean. And the town, though small, has good restaurants, bars, and coffee places, a grocery store, and a great spot to soak tired feet in the Pecatonica River. Ray, the host, was terrific. Easy to check in, helpful with all details about the place and the area. Recommended!
