This is especially the case if food, trash, or dirty dishes are left out. Please understand that they are naturally occurring and do not reflect upon the cleanliness of the unit. Unless harmful, or in excess, it does not constitute cause for a refund.

We enjoyed our stay! The management was very responsive and helpful. Overall the building is older, but all in all not bad at all.

Great visit. A/C a bit noisy and street noise at night, but location is great and parking was convenient. Love Hawaii!
