Welcome to 'Sweetwater Villa', a spacious beachfront property with perfect views and direct beach access on the private boardwalk! Enjoy the screened porch, large deck and hot tub then gather around the firepit. Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered and waiting for your arrival. Hot tub is old and needs repairs. Hot tub cover also flaking off into the hot tub. Second story deck off master and furniture that needs cleaned, repaired. One chair cannot be sat in or it will fall apart. Great space, great views.

We had 6 adults, 2 kids, & 3 dogs. It was a great location on the beach. Lots of space. I would stay here again!

House would be great for two young families with children. We were a party of 3 couples plus one more adult. The bunk beds are all inside the two bedrooms upstairs. We ended up using the sleeper sofa because it felt awkward using the bunks. LOTS of stairs to climb! Big kitchen! Enjoyed the hot tub!

We’ve stayed at Sweetwater Villa four times and just love it. It’s perfectly set up for our family and has become our home away from home when we need a week of low key relaxation. We love the lower outer deck, easy beach access for our golf cart and proximity to money bayou. The house is the perfect size for us and is well maintained. We hope to be back again soon!
