GREAT LOCATION in downtown Pismo Beach WITH FREE PARKING. The HOUSE is 50 yards from the beach and 100 yards from the pier. This home (not condo/townhouse) is in downtown Pismo Beach! Park your car and walk to everything during your stay. Play at the beach and come home to use the restroom. Our home is located next door to the Sandcastle Inn and across the street from the Vespera Resort that offers coffee shops, bars, firepits and restaurants. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home with has ocean views. The house sleeps 6 people and our maximum occupancy is 8 people. California Vacation Rentals also owns the home next door that is a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house that has great views (VRBO #127874). We also have a great 6 bedroom house in Pismo Beach (VRBO #87222).
The home is well decorated with granite slab counters, fully stocked kitchens, 55" Samsung smart TV, and garage parking. This is a home, NOT a small condo. The bedrooms have a King, Queen, and Queen.
The location is perfect as you are one block from the pier and downtown. Location, Location, Location!!! Pismo Beach is a vehicle prohibited beach so you and your children can safely walk and play on the beach. If you want to be downtown with the ability to walk to everything, this is the house for you!
Please be careful renting in Pismo Beach. Many homes in this section are advertised as being in Pismo Beach, but are actually in Oceano where vehicles are allowed on the beach. This house is in downtown Pismo Beach with the pier, restaurants and shops. We have been with VRBO since 1999.

This property is great. Just about everything you need is supplied. Great location to access pier and downtown. Walking distance to everywhere you would want to go. Definitely going to book this house again.

Had a great long weekend stay here! The pictures and posting are exactly as we found the home - you can see the waves and beach from the living room. The house and all the linens were very clean. Perfect location. This is closer than even a block from the beach as there is only one property between the house and the boardwalk. Easy walk to everything. Loved the garage and the beach toys in it. We had worried about noise from the hotels in the neighborhood, but was never an issue at all. We ate several meals on the patio table outside and we loved that we could walk right out onto the patio. We'll stay here the next time we are in Pismo.

Loved our trip. We have been coming to Pismo for years and this was a great location! Did not have to drive our car to go anywhere for the whole time we were here. All of our favorite places were in walking distance. Can see the ocean and a short walk to the beach. Loved the parking/garage and used the chairs and sand toys they had in the garage.
