On the ground floor, all the living areas are set around a central welcoming entrance hallway. A large, super-equipped quality breakfast kitchen runs from the front to the back of the house and has the benefit of natural light afforded by windows at either end, as well as a door to the garden. An adjoining utility room has laundry and washing facilities; an ideal spot for drying off a wet dog after a visit to the coast or a walk along the town's picturesque river Wensum. For more formal mealtimes and celebrations, you have the choice of a stand alone dining room, just crying out for the table to be laid and candles lit. And last, but certainly not least, a lovely light and bright double aspect sitting room sits at the other end of the house and opens into a conservatory, where there's additional seating and a lovely view of the rear garden.
