Summerhouse # 425 is a recently remodeled, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath, ground floor unit that sleeps 8 guests (queen bed in the master, queen bed in one of the bedrooms, twin beds in the other bedroom and a new sleeper sofa in the living room.)
This ocean view unit has 3 flat screen TVs with cable service and high speed Internet. It features new furniture throughout and an updated, fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops. No smoking, no vaping. Pets are prohibited.

We enjoy family time and Summerhouse is a great place to do it. Location is excellent and the unit was great! We have been to Summerhouse several times more than 25 visits! You can always find some small thing to be negative about so I'm not going there! We just love the place in general!

This 3 bedroom was what we needed for the grandkids. Could use some updating. Adequate supplies but kitchen appliances outdated and dishwasher extremely noisy. Could use some new cookware. Bathrooms need updated. We've stayed in nicer units but this one was adequate. Unit was very clean.

Very nice. To the owners, not a complaint but a suggestion to make your unit perfect. Put a larger TV in the living room and put the living room TV in the bedroom replacing the very small TV. A king bed in the master would be a great improvement. Lastly an ice maker would also be great.
