The only issue was the heated pool, which was too cool to use. The weather was not the best, as it was pretty cool in February.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine except the adjacent south side townhouse is not rented through Summerhouse so the expectation is not the same. During one week a renter continuously kept their TV on in the master bedroom at a volume we could hear through the wall so we had to move into the guest bedroom to sleep. We were informed there was little that could be done about it.
