Casa Carlita is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located two blocks from the ocean front in the residential neighborhood Corpus Christi. The home has a comfortable living and dining area with delightful rustic Mexican furniture. The bedrooms are large, at opposite ends of the house, each with its own bath for total privacy.
The modern kitchen offers a breakfast bar and is fully equipped including stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cookware. A/C mini splits and ceiling fans throughout. The air conditioning can be set thermostatically in each room via a hand held remote. In Casa Carlita guests will enjoy the comforts of home, including cable TV,VCR/DVD and stereo. There is a small safe with a programmable digital lock, DVD movies and a reading library. Wireless high speed internet access is free, so bring your lap top.
The front courtyard is surrounded by a high wall that offers guests the total private use of the kidney shaped swimming pool. There's plenty of outdoor furniture and lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun,an outdoor shower and scuba rinse tank for scuba divers to rinse their gear or snorkeling equipment.
Casa Carlita offers top quality accommodations for 2-5 guests, a great location only one street away from the newest and largest grocery store on Cozumel, complete with deli, bakery, pharmacy, liquor, and several ATM machines. Excellent place to stay and great location. Immaculately cleaned and beautiful house with nice swimming pool. Beds very comfortable and living room nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend it for families or couples.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and activities. Responsive host and clean. Well stocked with water. Only suggestion is to update bed in office with more comfortable matress

This was our second Stay in the past 6 months and we never stay anywhere else. The house once again was immaculate and furnished with everything you need and more. Check in was smooth as always, Victor our host was amazing once again. They are not joking when they say Location Location Location! Minute walk to grocery, 2 blocks to water and a 10 minute walk to downtown. Cans are less than 5 minutes away if you are heading to a beach club or wherever! The bikes are a great plus, but the pool is absolutely amazing. We had many great evenings after exploring the island relaxing in the pool! Once again, expectations exceeded and we already have our annual trip planned for 2027!

Definitely will return to this property!Location was perfect, between town and the Marina.House was beautiful and spotless.Loved having a pool to cool off.
