This stunning and highly upgraded pool home is perfect for three families. This six-bedroom, three-bathroom home has three Cal-King beds, one queen bed, and two children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds. Beautiful scraped hardwood floors run throughout the house.
The Cal-King Master bedroom has upgraded on-suite Marble countertops, a travertine tile floor, and a custom tile-designed shower. The Queen bedroom and a Cal-King Bedroom shared a Jack 'N Jill bathroom. This shower/tub combo bathroom has an upgraded marble countertop, upgraded hardware, and tile floors. The last Cal-King Master bedroom and two children's rooms share the final Jack n' Jill bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have a 47' LCD TV. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
Spacious open-concept kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Two dining tables provide plenty of seating for the whole family, with additional seating at the countertop bar. Beautiful sliding glass doors off the kitchen lead you to the rear yard. In-ground pebble tec pool, with a Baja shelf, jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. A full-size washer and dryer are in the garage for guests' use. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. The home has central air conditioning and heating.
It's a nice short walk to Disney and the Disney Tram. You can watch Disney fireworks from the back or front yards.
This house SLEEPS 15 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum cars is 3. 2 cars in standard-size garage (NO SUVs, NO large trucks, one car parallel to the garage). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102
*All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Quiet neighborhood. Parking felt safe. Two cars fit in garage and one in the driveway. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy check-in and out. Plenty of towels for everyone. Would stay again.

Great Property for a large family going to Disneyland. Really close to the park. Love the hot tub and pool.

We had a great stay overall—plenty of space for our group and the pool was definitely the highlight! It was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The home itself is spacious and well-located, but some of the furniture and appliances could use an update to match the rest of the property. Still, a solid choice for a fun getaway.

Convenient spot with lots of beds and overall a functional place for a large group to stay. However, the checkin and communication process was extremely convoluted, involving steps in several different portals, emails, texts, AND calls from the host prior to the trip, a lengthy rental agreement requiring details on every person staying at the house, etc. Every step in the "portal" they make you use requires you to rate every step of the process and write an explanation if you put less than 5 stars. It was exhausting to stay here before we even got to the house.The neighbors apparently do not like short term rentals and will take any opportunity to complain to the city about this place, which means that there are strict and intense rules about everything. No street parking is permitted, meaning there is only room for 2 cars at this rental. There are signs all over the house with rules and expectations, with each rule having a fine associated with not following it (ex. a sign that they charge 100 if you put food down the disposal). All the doors to the outside are alarmed - you have to hit a bypass button to open them, and the alarm goes off after 3 seconds of being open. It allfelt extreme.There is no bathroom that isn't attached to one or more bedrooms, so going to the bathroom in privacy was kind of a pain.Lastly, the place was a bit shoddy - no indoor broom, no net for the pool, appliances and furniture were a big banged up, beds were squeaky and rickety, etc.
