Also known as Captain's Quarters. Conveniently located halfway between the Seward small boat harbor and Seward´s historic downtown. Both are within a short walking distance along a coastal trail that is just one block from the front door. The trail is part of the original Iditarod Trail. Very clean and private with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, wifi, DirectTV/DVD, Washer and Dryer and a BBQ. this unit also has a futon style couch that folds flat and could sleep one to two more people. Bringing the total to 6 people. Adjacent to our other vacation rental unit (VRBO Listing #738304). This is great for someone who is wanting to have a rental for 8 to 10 people, as the two units are side by side. Owned and operated by a 4´th generation Seward, Alaskan.

Small space but good for a quick stay, communication was good, space was clean, access was easy.

We found the place to be very nice, comfortable and perfect for our 2-night stay for a family of 4 adults. I was particularly happy with the washer & dryer! Superior quality I must say, esp with clothes that I preferred to be handled with care without waiting too long! Posting was accurate enough that planning was made easy.

The property is small. The couch is not very comfortable. The washer and dryer are fantastic. All in all, this place is okay. It could use a little updating.
