Erleben Sie den Charme der Jahrhundertwende in diesem 1905 erbauten Haus, das ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Geschichte von Seward und den USA ist. Nationales Registereigentum. Schöne Holzböden, komplett renoviertes Badezimmer. Details aus der Zeit und charmante, historische Details. Ansichten von Wohn- / Esszimmer, Küche und Schlafzimmer. Dieses Loft im Apartmentstil war 1905 und in den 60er Jahren das ursprüngliche Quartier für Telegraphenarbeiter des US-amerikanischen Signalkorps. Es war das ursprüngliche Quartier für die Arbeiter der US-Armee, die die Telegraphenleitungen bedienten. Unten Einheit (separater Eingang und apt) war das ursprüngliche Kabel / Telegraphenbüro. Alles in der Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar! Cafés, Brauerei, Bibliothek, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Sea Life Center, Park.

Anice property in a very good location in Seward - a short walk from one of the free shutle stops, the library and museum, and the Sea Life Center, as well as the shops and eateries in town. And the view from the living room window is very nice. The apartment is well maintained, and the owner was responsive to our few requests and needs. Some of the pots and pans were not as clean as we would have liked, but we were able to manage with the other utensils.

This unit is excellent, just as described in the descriptions. It’s tremendous to be right downtown Ince Ward, so that all of the shops and restaurants are walkable.I will just add so that it is clear to everyone considering this home that the home does not have any sort of outdoor seating area. There is a unit in the bottom of the house that has a front porch. But this unit is the upper floor and there is no outdoor seating area for the upper floor. Although the host said that we could use a table that was in the yard. This isn’t a big deal, considering there are still beautiful views from the windows. And the waterfront park Is less than half a block away from the house.

Great location - close to downtown but far enough away from the cruise ships. Kitchen had appropriate cookware and seasonings - we ate the fish we caught for three nights!

This house couldn’t have a better location. It was clean and charming with all of its history. However, although the house was from 1905- I was not expecting the mattresses to be from the same era. The mattresses and pillows in this house desperately need replacing. Also, there really is not much point in having a bedside lamp and clock if they are not plugged in and no extension cord is provided.
