***Florida has an abundance of naturally appearing wild life. Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bug, mosquitoes, and more and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.
Come down for some sunshine! We will be happy to host you at one of our properties!

***The ring doorbell camera is located near the front door OUTSIDE of the unit for the guest's safety. There are NO cameras inside the condo.
