Cute comfortable cottage in a great location! Kitchen was very well outfitted. Proper pots and pans! Newer washing machine and dryer. Window A/C units in the bedrooms. There is a fireplace but we didn’t use it. For those who can’t do stairs, keep in mind that there is a step up/down between the kitchen and living room and to/from the laundry area and second bedroom. Easy walk into the center of Kennebunkport. Approx. 20 minute walk to lovely Gooch’s Beach. We loved the balcony too. Thanks so much. We’ll be back!

Perfect location to walk to everything in town! Plenty of room for two couples. Pam was a wonderful host and we were glad to meet her. Will come back again!

This was our first time renting this amazing property. We had a wonderful experience. The house is comfortable, clean, and the location is amazing. Wonderful views, and just a very relaxing experience, overall. We can’t wait to return!

The house was in the best location. Very easy walk to downtown to the shops and restaurants. However, the house definitly had signs of wear and tear and not quite as clean as I expected it to be. There was also an awful smell in the bathroom.
