This beautiful two-story, four-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo spans approximately 4,400 square feet and sits near the heart of the rainforest, about 20 minutes from the center of La Fortuna. The Community

I designed and built this community of eight condos set on thirteen private acres. The property features a large pool area with a two-story lounge, several inviting social spaces, a gym and a spacious back area with three covered gazebos. A paved walking trail winds through the grounds, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, rainforest, and Arenal Volcano.

Our Philosophy

My goal in building this community was simple: create a peaceful, private, gated and secure retreat for our guests. That's why, once you check in, we hand you the keys and step back — we're here if you need us, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your stay undisturbed.
