Southern Comfort is newly decorated and has an open floorplan with two nice decks to enjoy the ocean breeze. The covered deck is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described and had plenty of room for our large family to spread out and relax. It was conveniently located close to the pool, which made it easy for everyone to enjoy. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—they were responsive, friendly, and helpful.

This property had everything you would need or want. It was one of the best stocked kitchen and we have rented many houses. The host was excellent and very easy check in and out.

The threshold for the shower entrance was in need of paint. The hot water faucet in the shower kept coming off. The garage was filthy and basically unuseable. The outdoor water faucet leaks and the sprinkler for it is trashed. The outdoor light on the stairway flashed like a strobe and was not good for navigating the stairs. The cookware was not in very good condition. The master bedroom had a howling noise that sounded like a trumpet blaring and would wake us up when sleeping. The upstairs bedroom carpet is dirty. The downstairs bedroom bunk beds were wobbly and children were afraid to sleep in the top bed.
