A small conservatory acts as the cottage's entrance and this is perfect for leaving your outdoor gear. From the hall, left leads into the sitting room, with its comfy sofas, wooden floors and real fire. Light and unfussy, this is a great room to relax in, after a full day on the fells or out sightseeing. There's a TV, radio, DVD & CD player available here.

Adjacent to the sitting room is the dining area for six and a modern, well-appointed kitchen with double electric oven & hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer.

There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom has French doors leading out to an attractive and enclosed lawned garden, complete with garden furniture. We can offer free use of a 1 acre enclosed field in Coniston village, perfect for off the lead running, walking, training and playing. Use by arrangement with The Coppermines Lakes Cottages only. Please contact the office for availability.
