At the Beach is a walker's dream. As the name suggests, the coast is on your doorstep; three miles of shingle to be precise! And for the dog lovers out there, your four-legged friend can run free all year round, making this the perfect choice at any time of year.

Your ground floor apartment has everything you need for a relaxing break by the coast. The modern kitchen means you can cook in style before heading out onto your covered seating area to enjoy time together. And when all you want to do is relax, you can curl up on the sofa and watch a film or read a good book... bliss.

Torcross is a sleepy village in gorgeous South Devon. You'll instantly feel yourself relax into a slower pace of life as days are all about time at the beach, sitting in s beachside café or watching the wildlife at Slapton Ley Nature Reserve. There's plenty to explore in the local area too, with Blackpool sands, Dartmouth and Salcombe all just a short drive away.

Pets: 2 Pets permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £40 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Please note that from 7th September 2026 until June 2027 the nearby public Tank Car Park will be out of action. You will still have an allocated parking space available in the At The Beach car park though.

From 7th September - 17th October, sea defence operations work will be set up in the Tank Car Park, some noise will be heard during this time.

From 17th October, sea defence work to Torcross Sea Front will commence. The work will be dependent on the tides, with the rocks being placed when the tide is low, in a 25 metre stretch from the sea wall out to sea. The rock armour defence will be built in 5 metre sections within the low tide windows starting at the southern end (where At The Beach apartments are located), working in parallel along the beach towards the northern end slipway.

Completion of works is estimated for Spring 2027 time. It will take approximately 4-5 months to complete the main rock armour, so the works will be ongoing over the autumn and winter months, with the area around the car park and slipway. We anticipate that this will likely create additional noise in the area. This apartment is located at the back of At The Beach development, as a result, you won't be able to see the works happening but the works will likely have some noise impact.
