We offer frustration-free checkout because we don’t want to burden you with long checkout chores or cleaning instructions like other hosts—your cleaning fee covers all of that for you. Our checkout instructions are clear and simple.

House Rules:
• Parties or actions causing disturbances, property damage, excessive cleaning, or smoking indoors will result in a $500 fine.
• Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine.
• Unauthorized checkout delays will result in a $200 fine.

Although we were there for a family emergency we were not able to take advantage of the included games and such but we thought it was a nice gesture

We did not receive check in instructions until 4:15 PM once I reached out to host. The number listed to contact host was not a working number. I started panicking a bit! But then the management co responded in a timely manner. There was not a wine opener which is usually provided in a VRBO but I got one and left it in the house. My donation for the next house guest. Overall has was very clean and nice! Would recommend and stay there again!

House was nice and clean. The ice maker in frig wasn't working. Told management but nothing was done to fix. Air mattress was supplied for additional sixth sleeping person (two adults cannot fit on a double bed). No pillows/sheets were supplied for that therefore we couldn't use it and adult had to sleep on the couch. We were then accused of taking towels. I emailed them upon arrival of towels be limited. I did not mention the condition of the towels...👎
