This is a brand new 2/2 Mid-Century Modern Lake front home and large inviting deck with seating for 6 to gather around a propane fire pit and large invigorating hot tub! There are also chairs provided at the water's edge to enjoy an evening cocktail or morning cup of coffee.
The living, dining and kitchen are all open for great family time. The kitchen is fitted with stainless appliances. Fridge, with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and stacking washer & dryer just off the kitchen. In the living room is a big screen smart TV.
Each bedroom has a sumptuous king-sized bed with luxurious linens complete with nightstands and lamps that have USB charging ports to charge your phones. Also in each bedroom are blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Then morning coffee on the deck!
There is also a communal game room available with your rental, complete with pool table, shuffleboard, ping-pong table, dart board, gaming table and big screen smart TV with high-speed WiFi for a fun-filled retreat!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was phenomenal from start to finish—very responsive, accommodating, and provided excellent communication before and throughout our trip. The detailed check-in instructions, parking information, and photos made everything incredibly easy and stress-free.The house itself was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The game room was a huge hit with our family, and having access to the private boat dock made our time on the lake even better. It was the perfect place to relax after a day on the water.If you’re looking for a lakefront getaway in the Hot Springs area, I would highly recommend this property. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for helping make our family vacation such a great experience!

My wife and I loved the house. Great lake side location with awesome views. We really enjoyed the game room with pool table, darts, pingpong and shuffleboard. We also fished from the shore on the property. The house had everything you need and was extreme!y clean with 3 large screen tv' s. We highly recommend this property!

The lake view was wonderful, you feel like nature is at your front door and you can fish right off the deck. The house was very clean and comfortable with lots of natural light; it's called Sunset Cove for a reason. It's within minutes of great restaurants and shopping. When we had a questions our host's response was within minutes.
