This beautiful 2 bedrooms 2 bath, single-story Condo has all the amenities for an enjoyable vacation. The large patio just off the living room and dining room has spectacular views of the mountains and the second hole of the golf course. Enjoy cocktails and dining from your private outdoor dining.
4 guest maximum overnight
There is a large clubhouse with a bar, restaurant, multiple pools, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. (fees apply to the tennis courts and pickleball courts)
Enjoy the pool & spa just steps from your vacation home.
There is a 4-night minimum stay requirement during Coachella and Stagecoach.
Pets may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.
Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.
We have 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Honda CR-V, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2019 Mini Convertible, and 2016 Toyota Avalon Hybrid available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

Lovely home and community. Perfect for my weekend trip. I fell very comfortable. Renovations are very well done.

Very nice, upgraded home. The community was quiet and the front gate was efficient. We were close to everything, stores, golf, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

We went to the Indian wells open. The condo was in a good location for that.
