The primary suite features a queen bed and opens directly to the back patio through a sliding glass door. Its en-suite bathroom includes a dual-sink vanity and a walk-in shower.. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, ceiling fan, and closet space, with easy access to the second bathroom, which includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES

Guests have access to the community pool and spa, a short walk from the home, for cooling off on warm days or soaking in the evening. The condo also sits within a golf course community, with fairway views right from the back patio. El Paseo's shopping, dining, and art galleries are a short drive south, and The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens makes for an easy day trip. 4 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 10 miles to Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals), 25 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego and Los Angeles.
