This spacious condo with modern coast chic design sleeps 6 guests with its 2 bedrooms and hallway bunks. The beautiful finishes inside and out on the large patio plus amazing pool and beach access make this the perfect choice for your beach trip! And with seasonal beach set up included? This unit has everything you need.
The master suite has a wonderful sitting area and easy access to the balcony's gorgeous views. The large private bathroom features dual sinks, a shower and separate soaking tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private entrance to the shared hallway bathroom (with extra large shower). Updates are everywhere you turn and the thoughtfulness and attention to detail shows.

For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

This condo was amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family. Loved the view from the spacious balcony and easy access to the beach. Would definitly stay here again.

Outside of buildings look tired and dated. Handrails on balconies look extremely old. The view appears to be less and less over t in me due to sand dunes growing

We love Dunes of Seagrove. This unit was great and super clean. My only complaint would be - I don’t think it should be listed as a 3 bedroom. The bunk beds are basically a hallway. I know it explains that in the description… but don’t think you should have to go through all that to find out it’s only 2 bedrooms. We originally booked under the impression it was 3 bedrooms as it stated… and the only reason we didn’t fight it was because we love the condo itself. Definitely not 3 bedrooms.

The condo was nicely renovated and clean. We love staying at the Dunes of Seagrove! This time we were not notified of construction and painting before our arrival. There was painting and construction everywhere. Sometimes trucks blocked the entrance/ exit to the parking garage, elevators weren’t working, there was construction noise and painting in every building. It will be really nice once complete, but we should have known about the construction when we made our reservation. The condo was clean and had nice updates. Be prepared for firm mattresses. There are also limited blankets and pillows. We would definitely recommended the condo and stay there again. (Especially with construction complete!)
