The Space:
Ellie Bee’s by the Beach is a luxury Florida-style house with an ocean view, a wraparound balcony, a newly painted exterior, and an updated interior with brand-new amenities including a new built-in electric fireplace and living room TV. Located 200 yards from the beach on the south side of the scenic Hwy 30A, Ellie Bee’s by the Beach is away from the noise, traffic, and crowds. Public beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is just a two-block walk through the neighborhood. Grayton Beach State Park, just five and a half miles from the home, has lovely beaches and plenty of wildlife to observe. It features the fantastic Underwater Museum of Art!
Ellie Bee’s by the Beach's lower level consists of the main living and dining rooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room. The custom-built kitchen with quartz countertops is well-equipped with all the necessities to satisfy even the most accomplished chef. The living area features a vast 75-inch smart TV with Roku streaming, which is also available in all rooms, a Blu-ray DVD player, a gorgeous electric fireplace, and an Xbox One with various games. The primary bedroom on the 1st floor features a 60-inch smart TV with Roku and a DVD/Blu-ray player as well as its own en suite with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second-level guestroom features two custom-built twin-over-twin bunk beds, while the primary bedroom on that floor has an en suite with a marble vanity top. Free WiFi and cable round of your home's essentials.
Ellie Bee’s by the Beach features a unique outdoor living space with a saltwater pool (which can be heated for an additional fee), a covered gazebo with a comfortable lounge set, and a picnic table. This area was designed to accommodate long hours of outdoor swimming and socializing after a day at the beach. Relax with your favorite beverage by the pool or hang out on the roof-top observation deck - the house offers multiple gathering areas to suit everyone's taste and enjoyment. The home was great, very cute, updated and very clean. Super close to the beach, only a 2 minute walk. It’s not located near anything walkable but easy to bike or drive to lots of things near by. The home had an awesome patio and pool, which the we all loved. Overall the property is great but the beds are very uncomfortable. That was the only complaint with the home, not sleeping well and waking up with neck and back pain from such uncomfortable beds. Otherwise, the place is really a fabulous home and location for a family with kids. The property management company is very hard to get a response from, so if anything is needed, you need to contact them at least 24 hours ahead of time, sometimes multiple messages are needed.

Nice place to stay. Great location for everything. Carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. The pool area needed to have weeds sprayed. The TV situation was crazy the only one we could use was the living room due to no batteries in the remotes. Don’t get me wrong it was a nice place otherwise.

We loved the house, the pool was a success for the kids! The outside furniture ann my d cushions were very dirty. We couldn’t use them.
