There are nice views of Jennette's Fishing Pier, which is also a short walk to fish from and enjoy the many exhibits the NC Aquariums have displayed. This house is professionally decorated and is the perfect getaway for the ultimate Outer Banks experience! Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The view and home are beautiful,interior was clean.Unfortunately the outside needs work,the sand around the pool is so thick and wet the pool chairs are stuck in the sand, the shower and bathroom off the pool area are disgusting and filled with sand and water. There was also thick layer of sand in the small bar area up near the home. The grill provided is filthy. We did have an issue with the pool heat they did come to fix it. We were supposed to put our towels and bedding in bins when we left but they were never delivered.

We loved the layout of the house and the game room was fun too. The dune on the beach side needs to managed a little better if possible because the pool fills up with sand requiring multiple visits from the pool maintenance person. Management sent someone as needed.

There is general wear and tear but you cannot beat this location. The layout of the house is great, plenty of space. The floors could be cleaner but they leave it up to the previous guest to sweep/vacuum or there is an additional fee. There was also heavy dust on some of the fans that prevented us from using them without flinging dust all over your bed. Overall it is a good place to stay and I would stay again

The view is amazing!!! Could use some improvements/ updating , and a good deep cleaning! Refer to the report I dropped off at the realtor this morning!
