Just minutes from the harbor and Acadia National Park Trail ( Wanderland Trail), you can smell the salt air from this 3bdrm/2 bath home among the trees. Roughly 2 miles from southwest harbor town line, close to the Lighthouse and Acadia national park, the road is a quiet dead end.

Great place to stay with friends on the quiet side of the island.

The home was fantastic. Didn’t have enough time to enjoy it enough, since we were doing our first leaf peeping trip. Can’t wait to stay again even longer. Exactly as shown. Great hosts. The heat/AC unit is a little tricky and could use some extra detail on how to use it in their booklet. Private road very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at Deer Nest! My family of 5 loved our stay while visiting Acadia. Dwayne was very responsive and a great host. The house worked great for my family and we would book here again!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Comfortable home with lots of amenities. Everyone had their own space. The surroundings are beautiful, we even saw deer in the yard in the morning. Close drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Would go back and recommend to anyone!
