Well appointed and nicely curated decor. Needs some basic maintenance before I would advertise it as a luxury property. Great communication with host.

The kitchen was nicely equipped with lots of dishes, pans, etc. We loved having the outside patio and the canopy and beach umbrellas were so helpful to give us shade, since the patio was in full sun much of the day. The hosts communicated back quickly and addressed my questions.

Great house and amazing location, very close to zoo and sea world. Sunset on one side and sunset on the other. Kids had bunkbeds with their own bathroom, adults 2 large bedrooms with bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen equipment with everything needed even a waffle maker. Would def stay here again if we come back to san diego
