Boathouse is a 10 minute walk .Publix and shops just a 5 minute walk. 5 minute ride or 15 minute walk/ bike ride to the most beautiful beach, restaurants and retail shops . A Car is not needed there is a free shuttle that runs throughout the development and to Publix. which is a 5 minute walk. 2 Yolo Beach Bikes are available for use,

What an amazing place to stay! We had everything that we needed and the place was beautiful, comfortable, private and so relaxing! Tom and Leslie went above and beyond making us feel welcome and making sure we had all that we needed! We will definitely be back!

Beautifully appointed with everything we needed and more. The shuttle system with access to beach and pools worked smoothly. The bed was extremely comfortable, nice linens throughout, and a powerful hairdryer. Located in quiet/upscale area. No problem finding a parking spot. Good hub for exploring all of 30A. Highly recommend!
