If the truth be known, Pinkie Flamingo was a big fan of sunrise. After all …”the early bird gets the worm!” Never actually having eaten a worm in her life, Pinkie did appreciate the concept. As a curator of vacation rentals along Florida's Gulf Coast, it was Pinkie's sworn duty to seek out the best “guest nests” she could find and serve them up to those who could truly appreciate the finer things in life….like tequila, sunrises and sunsets.
With a primo corner ground floor location in the popular Midnight Cove II community on Siesta Key, this spacious 2-bedroom slice of heaven is the perfect backdrop on which to paint the best vacation memories of your life! Renowned for it world class amenities, Midnight Cove II delivers the ultimate guest experience starting with your own private Siesta Key Beach access. Seasonally heated swimming pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball, BBQ area and protected, private marina make this destination hard to resist.
“I heard the owner has been making a lot of updates here” said Pinkie as she made the short drive from the Stickney Point Bridge on the southern end of Siesta Key to the entrance of Midnight Cove II. “I can't wait to see!”

The newly painted interior was refreshing, crisp and clean. “I love the cool color!” said Pinkie as she strolled through the 1700 sq ft plus condo. Well-appointed with everything needed for a wonderful guest experience, Tequila Sunrise will prove to be your favorite vacation go to! Extras around every turn including an air-conditioned entertainment porch overlooking the idyllic lawn leading out to the cove, where small pleasure craft bobbed happily in the gentle water. A dedicated workspace featuring desk, printer and two fold-out sleep chairs served to expand the functional space and add to the sleep count at the same time.

Was very close to shopping, restaurants and beach. Could also get on free trolly right out front to go to rest of the key.Had a couple small plumbing issues in the shower, but wasn't a big deal.Pool was nice, but had rules on no floaties or balls, so not much fun for kids

From my first contact with the host I knew this was an excellent choice. The condo is absolutely beautiful and everything we needed was at our fingertips. The condo was perfectly clean and in the very best location. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will without a doubt stay here again!

Awesome stay at this lovely condo. Well stocked kitchen and linens, great beds. Location was perfect as directly across street from private beach access, walking distance to restaurants, local bars, and nice little market for last minute essentials. Very nice covered parking. Best of all was the view into the boat basin and intercoastal water way. Large sliding glass doors provided screened in access to outdoors with morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Would absolutely stay here again.
