Super clean & very well maintained - adults only - villa in Rotonda, in quiet surroundings. The with solar & electrical heated saltwater Pool & Jacuzzi in lanai (west facing, with canal view). Electrical Pool/Spa heat are included in the rental price. The house is 2630 sqft (245 m2) under AC, the lanai area is 750 sqfeet (105 m2). Not the average holiday home!
The interior is professional designed with ceramic tile floors and laminated floors in bedrooms.

Our stay at 9 medalist court far exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful and well equipped to meet all of our needs. The pool area at night was magical for evening hot tub sessions. The property is near golf courses, restaurants, and beautiful area beaches. When we did have questions, Margaret quickly responded addressing our issues. We loved our experience and would happily repeat our experience.

The host was great! Responded to emails and "prepared" an excellent house for our visit. The house book is one of the best I've seen. The floor plan is super and my wife and I each had space to set up and office. The location is convenient to multiple gulf and restaurants. The temps were a bit chilly during our stay, but the spa/hot tub warmed us up just fine. Also nice staying a "house that's been lived in" was outstanding with spices, cookware, etc! Definitely in the top 5 of vrbo properties we've stayed in. High recommended.

This rental was perfect, with a spectacular pool area and canal view. The bedding, fully stocked kitchen, and tasteful decor were all excellent and made our stay exceptional.

This property had everything you could possibly need and more. The salt water pool was lovely the water was so soft on your skin and did not take the colour out of your swimwear. The panoramic lanai made watching the wild life so much better like a big tv screen. Margreth has added lots of little extras which made all the difference. We have stayed in many villas over the last 30 years and this one has been the best.
