We loved the location and the host was quick to communicate when we had questions. There is food within walk distance and the drive to the beach was easy. We really appreciated the cleanliness and hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Check-in was simple, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish.The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming the home felt. Very clean. Well maintained and well appointed. Nice twelve cup coffee maker! :) Responsive host. Living and dining area has more space than you expect. Laundry in garage is still sufficiently convenient. Graciously allowed us a slightly late departure when one of our kids woke up sick. Thank you! Only downsides might be that the beds are slightly squeaky, though comfortable; the street is slightly sketch (though really not bad, and there’s garage parking, so we had no issues); and the wifi was just a touch spotty - but again, mostly solid. Having CVS and Bargain Outlet across the street was a lifesaver. Can’t get any closer to Sea World than this, and the easy access to I8 and I5 made our logistics a breeze. All in all, would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean. We had problems with the heat working. Not good instructions on how to use the heater. I was suprised there were no extra blankets and bare minimun ammenities, toilet paper , games etc...Location was great though.
