Year-round stays are possible

Our house is equipped with everything needed for stays throughout the year—including a high-performance dual-zone air conditioning system that ensures a comfortable room temperature in every season.
Cleaning for longer stays

Upon booking, guests pay a one-time fee through Vrbo for linens and final cleaning, which is more than sufficient for most one-week stays.
For longer stays, we recommend an interim cleaning with fresh linens. This is paid for separately by the guest on-site.
Such requests should be arranged and confirmed in advance with the host via the welcome email—to ensure complete transparency and an all-around successful stay.
