The Most Iconic Property On Clearwater Beach. Like the pages from a treasured storybook, this landmark residence stands as a testament of classic architectural details and beauty built to last. Set amid an idyllic backdrop that combines sugary soft white sands, gently rolling waves and Technicolor sunsets, Villa Rosa presents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to rent an iconic property overlooking one of the most famous beaches in the world. Private beach access, large yard, onsite parking
The yard/ courtyard are super unique. There is a ton of parking/ yard space for games and activities. The house includes a private path to the beach which is only 100 yards away. You can see the beach from the house as well as beautiful sunsets!
Great neighborhood- walking and biking distance from tons of great restaurants. Nice neighbors! Very friendly- 100 yard walk on private path to the beach!
Biking/ Walking- once you arrive you barely have to use your car! Everything is super close- you can even bike to Publix for groceries

The Pink House is a delightful villa from a bygone era. Beautifully maintained and right on the Gulf, this is a great place to come and work from home, or just hang out. The owners/Hosts a simply fantastic. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT SEASON!
