Private, island vibes and unbeatable convenience. Small Haven Villa is tucked into a secluded oceanfront perch, where the Caribbean stretches endlessly before you, waves rolling below, boats gliding across the horizon, yet you’re never far from the action. In just minutes, you can be savoring fresh seafood in Red Hook, catching the St. John ferry for a day of island-hopping, or browsing the shops and waterfront bars at Havensight.

Wake up to the sound of waves. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony as sailboats drift by, or take a refreshing dip in the pool, all accessible from the step-free main living space. Off the pool deck, a pergola-shaded lounge invites you to kick back with a good book, or fire up the grill for the fish you caught from the morning’s fishing charter.

Inside, four thoughtfully designed bedrooms offer space for everyone. Two are private suites, each with its own retreat:
• The first is just off the kitchen on the step-free main floor.
• The second? A stunning top-floor hideaway with its own ensuite and a private balcony tailor-made for golden hour cocktails.

The other two bedrooms share a bath, one with a queen bed and a balcony, the other with twin bunks plus an extra twin for added flexibility.

When adventure calls, you’re just 10 minutes from Havensite's buzzing waterfront, 15 minutes from the St. John ferry, and within easy reach of the island’s most stunning beaches. But with views like this? You might not want to leave.

Ready to claim your own slice of paradise? Secure your stay at Small Haven Villa before someone else does.
