This is a nice condo, overall. It has an updated kitchen, nice dining and living room areas and great deck furniture. The bathrooms are ok but need to be updated (and more towel bars added), the bedrooms need new flooring or the carpet needs to be shampooed, the slider door tracks need to get a good cleaning and the condo needs a washing machine that gets clothes clean! The washer didn’t agitate well and the powdered laundry soap didn’t dissolve in the water. Also, the tile floors were dirty. The bottoms of my white socks were very dirty from walking across the tile floors. I had to clean the floors myself- not something I wanted to do on vacation!

We rented 2 condo 303 and302 next to each other, 4 generations of our family from age 2 to 86. The weather was a little overcast and rainy, water was rough but we got out on the beach more days then not, and still had a great time. Condos were excellent, plenty of room for the 4 families who were there. We'll stock with what we needed, plenty of seating for morning coffee on the balcony and game nite at the dining room table. This is the 4th year I've booked thru brooks and shorey, always has been smooth and easy with no problems. Location is wonderful. I will be back again next year.
