Spacious Apartment with Mountain Views and Private Terrace
This spacious and bright 64 m² apartment is located on the north coast of Tenerife, within a peaceful private avocado plantation in La Matanza de Acentejo. It is part of an exclusive rural complex of only eight homes designed for rest. Tastefully decorated and completely renovated to offer a modern and functional atmosphere, this accommodation stands out for its relaxing mountain views. With two comfortable bedrooms, it has capacity to accommodate up to five people, making it an ideal option for families or groups seeking to disconnect in a natural environment.
The interior of the dwelling is designed to exceed your comfort expectations at any time of year. It features central heating, WiFi internet connection, safe box and a living area equipped with a DVD player and television with international satellite channels. One of its greatest attractions is its spacious private terrace, an intimate outdoor space furnished with furniture where you can relax in the open air. The room is integrated with a fully equipped gas American kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all kinds of small appliances. Furthermore, if you are travelling with a baby, we provide a cot and high chair upon request.
Upon leaving your apartment, you will be able to enjoy the excellent communal facilities offered by the plot, which is completely fenced for greater security and privacy. Walking through its beautiful communal gardens you will reach the heated swimming pool area, perfect for taking a swim surrounded by nature. You will also have at your disposal a shared barbecue for preparing outdoor meals and private parking within the grounds.
Despite being located in a rural and very peaceful area, the apartment has an excellent connection to explore the island. Just two kilometres away you will find supermarkets, the urban centre of La Matanza and the bathing area of El Caletón. The popular black sand beach of Mesa del Mar is situated seven kilometres away, the El Peñón golf course ten kilometres away, and Tenerife North Airport is very accessible at just 15 kilometres away.

We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment, which was good for us (familiy with 3 children). We loved the garden with fruits and the swimming pool. The privacy of the terrace was also much appreciated. And the washing machine, very handy! Children loved the hammock.
The only thing a bit less conveniebt:t it was not possible to airventilate the bathroom. The shower was nice, but made the whole bathroom floor quite wet.

Modern technology.
The Wi-Fi is only available in one corner of the lounge, no signal in the bedrooms and it is a very slow connection. Not up to modern standards.
I mainly used the Wi-Fi from the property next door (D-Link) insteadmy mobile phone signal.
The satellite TV stations are not correctly arranged, many stations tuned in are not free to air. It was not possible to re-arrange the sequence of the listings into a more useful order.
An oven glove would be useful to remove items from a hot oven.

To come back in a little paradise after beening on a trip on the island the whole day. The swimming pool was nice and warm and the terrace and apartment were very comfortable.
Maybe a window in de bathroom. There was a lot of steam after taking a shower.
