This precious and luminous 64 m² apartment is situated in the heart of a tranquil agricultural estate in La Matanza de Acentejo. Tastefully furnished and with capacity to accommodate up to five people in its two bedrooms, it is the perfect refuge for families seeking the peace of the countryside. From the dwelling you can enjoy pleasant side views of the sea and the mountain, in a natural setting that invites total disconnection.
The great appeal of this accommodation is its private garden, located just across the road, barely five metres from the door. This exclusive space for you and yours is equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a private barbecue, making it the ideal spot to relax or enjoy outdoor meals. Additionally, the property has a completely fenced enclosure where you can access common areas such as the heated communal swimming pool and private parking.
Inside, the property is equipped to guarantee your comfort at any time of year thanks to its central heating. It has internet connection, safe, DVD player and television with satellite channels. The living area is integrated with a complete gas American kitchen, which includes oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all the small appliances necessary. Furthermore, if you travel with the little ones, we facilitate your stay by providing a cot and high chair for your baby.
Although the calm of the surroundings will make you feel far removed from everything, the reality is that the estate enjoys excellent connectivity. Just two kilometres away you have at your disposal the centre of La Matanza de Acentejo, various supermarkets and the bathing area of El Caletón. The black sand beach of Mesa del Mar is seven kilometres away, and if you arrive by plane, the journey from Tenerife North Airport will take you just over 15 kilometres by car.

The layout & maintenance of the complex were excellent. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The pool was well maintained and everywhere was very clean and well kept I would highly recommend this accommodation.
The only draw back was negotiating the tight corners and steep driveway in a hired car. But I don’t know how this can be improved

We likes that they place is very quiet. The apartment is good and clean. It is not far from evertthing, so we don't have to drive a long time. It was the second time we came and the number 4 has a great terras. Thanks fore cleaning every week! We enjoyed very much!
When we arrived the apartment, espacially in theater kitchen was not so clean.

We spend a very restfull family holiday at your place. We liked the clean, bright and well furnishes flat, but much more the nice private garden. The children enjoyed the pool very much, as well as the nature in the garden (caterpillars, butterflies and lizards). The view to ocean and Teide was fantastic, without clouds as well as with -)
It was also a good basis for trips around Tenerife (Teide, Anaga, some nice cosy beaches).
Service was excellent and very friendly.
We thank you very much, we will come again!
