The home was lovely and well appointed. Plenty of room for our family. The kitchen had most things I needed for cooking. The hosts were in regular contact. Only one small issue which could not be anticipated or avoided...with the rain we discovered that the roof leaked. Remax was on it immediately and took care of the problem! This was Christmas eve in Oxnard that rarely gets this kind of storm. We'd love to stay with them again.

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Very quiet. The views from the third floor master suite and the roof deck are spectacular. The Re/Max team was easy to work with and responsive, including sending out someone to fix a broken thermostat about an hour after we called. We would gladly stay here again.

This is a fantastic vacation spot. The house is lovely with lots of space and great views from the top floor and rooftop deck. There are bikes, kayaks and beach chairs for use in the garage. The location was wonderful- right across the street from a quiet beach and a short walk to the shopping center (where there is a farmer's market on Sundays). Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property.

It's a nice house. beautiful kitchens and bathrooms. The reason I would not recommend or stay again,The furniture in both living/tv areas very uncomfortable. For gathering and chatting or watching tv, terrible. Master up top, no nightstands. No hand towels bathroom, just washcloths. Upper patio deceiving, needs higher chairs, once you sit down, no view.
