This welcoming 1-bedroom accommodation offers the perfect environment for those seeking privacy and comfort. The bedroom is well-lit and decorated with a modern and cozy style, providing a peaceful space to rest. The living area is charming and functional, and the compact fully-equipped kitchen offers practicality for preparing your meals. Ideal for couples or individual travelers, this accommodation offers the tranquility and comfort necessary for a relaxing stay, with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
All sheets and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.
The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in, which must be done from 3:30 PM onwards. At that time you should inform us of your arrival time.
Key delivery will be made at our Welcome Center in Vilamoura, where you can also leave your luggage on the day of your check-in or check-out, if needed.
Please note that late check-in is carried out directly at the accommodation, between 7 PM and midnight and has an extra cost of €30.
At the time of check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee. We also ask that when you check out you pay attention to your belongings, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.
We also provide a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).

SHOWER HEAD IS STILL HELD UP WITH THE SAME STRING I USED ON MY FIRST VISIT. ONE OF THE DINING CHAIRS WAS IN A DANGEROUS CONDITION WHEN I ARRIVED, I TAPPED IT BACK TOGETHER BUT IT REQUIRES GLUING PROPERLY. THE PROPERTY USED TO HAVE AN ELECTRIC HEATER IN THE BEDROOM WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER TO USE THAN RUNNING THE AIR CONDITIONING ON HIGH TO WARM THE WHOLE APARTMENT. A FRENCH MANS PERSONAL DETAILS HAVE BEEN LEFT IN THE APARTMENT FOR AT LEAST THE LAST THREE MONTHS (SECURITY ISSUE)

location is great. checkin was good with charming young lady. ant infestation in kitchen and bathroom. would be nice to have some basics in a welcome pack(salt,pepper, tea,coffee,sugar etc)

The apartment was spacious and comfortable but the water heater broke down and could not be repaired so I had to move to a hotel late in the evening which was a huge inconvenience when I had planned to go out. The property management refunded the money for that night but offered no compensation for the inconvenience.
