We have stayed at many vacation rentals, and this was by far the best. Every detail was thought through. The kitchen was fully stocked with every item you could possible need, and the bathroom even had extra items like q-tips and hand soap. We were very impressed with all of the extra touches. The beach gear was especially nice! We ended up driving to the beach with our 5 year old, which only took us 4 minutes. We also love the Sea Pines area, which was only a 5 minute drive to the entrance. We loved this location! We will definitely be back.

Mark's place is awesome. Very updated and super clean. There is everything you could possibly need. You can walk to the beach or swim in the pool. You get 2 parking passes.The directions in the notebook were great! If you have disabilities just know it's on the 2nd floor with stairs only. Communications were super.I would definitely book this property again!

The property and scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The beds were extremely comfortable with more than enough pillows. Extremely clean. More than what I had expected. There were even extra supplies if they were needed. We did not need them for our short stay but it was nice to know extra was available. Beautiful location. About a 10-15 min walk to the beach.
