This first-floor end unit features a bright, open layout with a spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen—ideal for relaxing or gathering with family and friends. The villa comfortably sleeps four with two bedrooms and two full baths, including a primary suite with a plush king bed and private en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and access to a full bath with a tub/shower combination. WiFi, cable TV, Roku streaming in the bedrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide all the conveniences of home.



Step outside to your covered deck overlooking the community pool (open April through September), a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Just across the parking lot, a direct beach path leads you straight to the ocean, making beach days effortless.
