The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV, and water views with a sliding glass door to a private balcony. The master ensuite bathroom has dual sinks and a tub/shower. The second bedroom has both a Queen and Twin bed and TV. The living room has plenty of natural light with extra windows as a corner unit. Relax from a day at the pool or beach in your comfy living area with a TV and DVD player. The living room has sliders to the private balcony, perfect for watching the activity of the Intracoastal Waterway, many boats of all types traversing the waters, and frequent dolphin sightings as well. There is a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing full meals or fun beach picnics. There is a washer/dryer stack right in the condo, no need to overpack. FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to US and Canada in the condo. The complex offers a heated pool, hot tub, and gas grill. The town of Indian Shores has a number of restaurants and activities and is nearby to major shopping and eating areas.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.

Location is amazing with wonderful views of the inter coastal. Condo is very cozy and makes you feel very comfortable. Loved it.

This condo was beautiful. So much space. Everything we could possibly think of was available. Fishing pier was great. Very relaxing vacation.

This was our 3rd visit staying at Waterview but our 1st in this unit. The unit was clean for the most part but the dishwasher had water in the bottom that hadn't drained out that started to smell later in the week. Once we ran a couple cycles it cleared up. Every other unit we have stayed in was well equipped with chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear but not this one. This unit is pretty outdated and could use some upgrades but our stay was still nice.
