Hampton Place is a beautiful condominium complex comprised of a large pool, smaller lap pool, hot tub, indoor gym and beach access.

My husband and I and our 2 adult daughters spent 5 nights in the villa. The view is wonderful and the deer come out about 4pm to graze on the lawn below us. The renting process was very easy. Our only complaint would be that we were constantly finding little bugs on the floor that sort of looked like ladybugs. They did not bite so we put up with them.Most places we stay our a little more guest friendly like having a few coffee filters available for your first morning there.Also, there was no makeup mirror in the bathroom so you couldn't see your hair in the back to see if it looked ok. The balcony had not been swept. Because of the little things we would not return to this villa.
