Welcome to my 25 m2 studio with air conditioning in the heart of the hyper-center in the favorite neighborhood of Grenoble.

Living room with 160 cm bed (hotel bedding), desk, TV with Netflix, kitchenette equipped with everything you need to cook, nespresso coffee machine, kettle etc... bathroom with walk-in shower + washing machine.

Restaurants, 3 tram stations, cinema, shops, etc... at the foot of the building.

Towels and bed linen are included in the rental.

- Hubert Dubedout and Verdun tram stops 3 minutes walk away
- Underground parking lot on Place de Verdun accessible 5 minutes walk away
- Grenoble train station 15 minutes by public transportation (Tram Line A)
- Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport: 1 hour by car or bus from Grenoble train station.

Access to the apartment is self-guided thanks to a key box.

I can also travel if I have to.
Other remarks
I live only 10 minutes from the apartment and I am available at any time to give you advice and/or in case of any problems!

The apartment is brand new and it's as clean as my home ;)
