Welcome to "Shore Beats Work"!
Bring the whole family to your new home away from home in beautiful Gulf Breeze. This home is just a short 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach! This new construction home has everything your family needs for your next visit to the area. The kitchen features all high-end stainless steel appliances and it is well equipped for anything you want to prepare. There are new granite countertops in the kitchen and in all three bathrooms. The huge master suite is complete with a very spacious bathroom you would have to see to believe. The living room area is an open-concept design which is shared with the kitchen and dining area. There is a bunk room for the kids which has one twin bed and a full bed. With queen beds in the other two guest bedrooms, there is plenty of room to comfortably sleep 9.
This home is situated on a large lot with a fenced-in backyard. It's perfect for afternoon BBQ on the grill or playing catch in the backyard. There is also a large, screened back patio for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
Dogs will be considered with approval. We reserve the right to restrict size and/or quantities of pets. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made.

- Must be 25 years old to reserve house
- We require one member of the party over 25 to be at the unit the entire stay
- County and State Taxes, in addition to cleaning fee will be added to each booking
- A security deposit or Limited Damage Waiver is required at booking
- Management must be notified of any pet(s) prior to your stay. A $100 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) will be added on after reservations are made. If management is not notified and evidence of a pet(s) is found in or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refunds of rent or deposit.
- Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

Had a great stay here. The house was clean and is nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Good neighborhood and close to everything we were doing during our visit. We would stay here again.

7 adults and 3 dogs spent a wonderful week at Shore Beats Work! The house was so much bigger than it looked in the pictures. It was super clean and in immaculate condition! There was plenty of room and equipment to cook in the kitchen. We loved the screened porch and fenced back yard. It is in a quiet neighborhood and only 15 min from the beach. Only one small complaint, the WiFi was slow with 7 people using it. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

We have stayed at many rental homes (250 nights+) over the past few years, and it happens without fail, you always need to purchase items to make your stay more enjoyable. This is the Most Complete, Put Together Home we've stayed in. It's newer construction, in a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. It's close to Walmart, Publix and multiple restaurants. It's situated conveniently between Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. Its large enough for 8 or more people without bumping into each other. And it's very easy to keep this home clean with the low maintenance flooring and (Comfortable) furniture and beds.
My only dig would be that there is no outdoor entertaining area. The yard is fully fenced which is wonderful with regards to our dogs. Although there is a small bistro set on the front porch, that's the extent of it. As long as you're aware of this, you will not be disappointed renting this home.

Great stay. We found the house very clean and well appointed. Very quiet area. The host responded to all my questions in a timely and friendly manner.
