Thoughtfully designed for families and groups, it blends the comfort of a modern beach house with the convenience of a resort—complete with a community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center, and clubhouse.
Top Floor – Open-Concept Living with Ocean Views
The top floor brings everyone together. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and an island with bar seating. A dining area seats six, and the lounge offers a smart TV for evening downtime. Step out onto the deck to take in sweeping ocean vistas from the outdoor lounge seating or dine al fresco with the sea as your backdrop—this is where you'll want to be for every sunrise.
Second Floor – Two Bedrooms, Each with an Ensuite
Primary Bedroom: King bed, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, plus generous closet space and a TV.

Both bedrooms are tucked away on their own floor, offering privacy from the main living areas.

The property was right across street from a great beach with soft sand. Next to great restaurants and lots of shopping, centrally located to all the great tourist spots.

Convenient location. Includes all the essentials. Provided linens and washer and dryer are nice amenities.

Very nice unit for a couple. Bathrooms are small but very clean. Stairs would be a challenge for older adults and small children as main living area is on the 3rd floor. Numeric keypad made getting into the property a breeze.
