The 88 m² apartment has been fully renovated and newly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a combination microwave/oven/grill. Two bedrooms (one with TV) accommodate four guests and can be darkened with blinds. The bathroom with underfloor heating is accessible from both bedrooms and features a washbasin on each side of the shower. There's an additional washbasin in the guest WC.



A home office workspace allows you to work comfortably with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. The extendable sofa and 4K TV invite you to relax in the living room. Electric shutters keep the room cool. The air conditioning provides cooling in summer and heating in winter. The rooftop terrace has a seating area, loungers, an electric awning, and a sunshade.
