Welcome to this 90m² apartment in Timmendorfer Strand. It’s on the first floor, offers plenty of space for 4 people, and is just 50 meters from the beach.
The apartment combines the charm of an old seaside villa—with its typically high, spacious rooms—with modern comforts.

The living area features a fully glazed sunroom facing the sea, where the sofa sets are perfectly positioned.
Here you’ll find a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and stereo system with an iPod docking station.
From this area, you have access to two balconies facing the southeast and northwest. Thanks to the generous roof overhang, you can spend cozy hours here at the teak table with wicker chairs.
The new, spacious kitchen-dining room combination is sure to delight. High-quality Nolte kitchen appliances—including a compact oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, and coffee maker—leave nothing to be desired.
Both bedrooms are furnished with high-quality Hülsta furniture and offer ample closet space.
One of the bedrooms features an additional TV.
The two shower bathrooms feature underfloor heating, heated towel racks, and all-glass showers.
A washing machine is also available in one of the bathrooms.
Insect screens have been installed for you in the bedrooms and kitchen area.

There is an elevator in the building, and a high chair is available for children.
A beach chair is available to you free of charge from May 1 to 15.09.2026 at the Stefan 2 beach chair rental.
Bicycles you bring with you can be stored behind the house in a covered bike shed.

A parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

Only about 50 meters from the beach: The renovated seaside villa on Strandallee dates back to the Wilhelminian era and has been meticulously restored in the traditional seaside resort architectural style. It consists of 6 exclusive, barrier-free vacation apartments ranging in size from 63 m² to 112 m² of living space. All apartments feature spacious terraces, balconies, or sunrooms.
Some even offer a sea view from the apartment. A wheelchair-accessible elevator is available for your use. Most apartments have large windows,

and bicycle parking is available! Guests can park their cars in front of the building; one parking space is reserved for each apartment.

The complex is located just 50 m from the fine sandy beach. The bakery is very close by!
The center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its charming cafés, restaurants, and upscale boutiques, is just a short walk away.
