The living area features a fully glazed sunroom facing the sea, where the sofa sets are perfectly arranged.
Here you’ll find a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and stereo system with an iPod docking station.
From this area, you have access to two balconies facing southeast and northwest. Thanks to the generous roof overhang, you can spend cozy hours here at the teak table with wicker chairs.
The new, spacious kitchen-dining room combination is sure to delight. High-quality Nolte kitchen appliances—including a compact oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, and coffee maker—leave nothing to be desired.
Both bedrooms are furnished with high-quality Hülsta furniture and offer ample closet space.
One of the bedrooms features an additional TV.
The two shower bathrooms feature underfloor heating, heated towel racks, and all-glass showers.
A washing machine is also available in one of the bathrooms.
Insect screens have been installed for you in the bedrooms and kitchen area.

There is an elevator in the building, and a high chair is available for children.
A beach chair is available to you free of charge from May 1 to 15.09.2026 at the Stefan 2 beach chair rental.
Bicycles you bring with you can be stored behind the house in a covered bike shed.
