The property was conveniently located near multiple family friendly activities. Including several National Parks and Monuments. Flagstaff is a great family and dog friendly area much cooler than the Phoenix area.

My only disappointment was the no smoking in the yard rule. No smoking in the house is a given. I rent 4 to 5 Vrbo's a year and there is usually an ash tray on the porch or patio where I can relax and have a cigarette. I think that people that can afford a place like this will not stomp butts out on the ground and leave them. We know how to clean up after ourselves. I followed the rule posted very clearly in the guest rule book, which meant I had to go stand in the street. Not very relaxing if you smoke.
