Beautiful property, clean, spacious, and so convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Our one issue was that you could not run the dishwasher at the same time as the washing machine. The water pressure for the dishwasher would be too low to clean the dishes.

This home has enough space for the entire family to spend a week together; the location is great and very walkable. The home is well equipped and had everything we needed. Lots of dishes and cutlery. However, the home needs some maintenance. Vinyl floor in the common space is peeling off; sliding doors to some patios are very hard to open; shower leaking in one of the bedrooms, ….some attention is needed. Some guests complained about not enough bath towels, one per person isn’t enough. Elevator is a little tricky and didn’t always work. Hot tub is under the car port in a corner, a very unattractive location, we used only once. When I booked it said there are 3 bikes to use, but there were none. Plenty of beach chairs though and a wagon. Overall we had a great week and a nice place for all of us to be together. Would book again.

The house was amazing! It was so well stocked. The views were better than I expected. The location was perfect! We especially loved the fire pit and hot tub. We would rent again!

This was a beautiful home. Very clean and perfect for our ladies tennis team. Melissa was very responsive. We really enjoyed the beautiful sunrise views on the deck. We will rent again!
